Customer's may only exchange clothing items for the correct size or be issued a store credit ONLY. Customized items are not returnable or exchangeable. The customer is responsible for shipping their clothing items back for an exchange or store credit per the customer's expense and is responsible for paying the shipping charge for the new exchanged item.
